一直以来，英国舰炮都饱受非议，似乎不但威力小，而且一代不如一代。有一些指标与相应数据之间的落差让人不由得怀疑英国人的智商和工业能力，而这似乎不能说通，为此，凭着我贫乏的知识和微弱的互联网能力，查阅了国外一些舰炮的网站，虽然没有穿深数据，但还是有了一些新发现，帖上来与大家探讨一下。
首先，由于精品区的“二战部分战列舰主炮穿深”中数据缺乏初速一项，正好《兵器》里有个表格可做参照,先部分贴在这里：

这个数据和本吧《二战部分战列舰主炮穿深》吻合。
关于英国舰炮穿深，采用的是14寸MKⅦ 初速732米/秒；15寸MKⅠ初速804米/秒；16寸MKvⅡ初速747米/秒这几个数据。
而据我查阅的情况,各国主炮初速均采用原始数据，而英国使用两套数据，原始状态和25%磨损状态，15寸MKⅠ原始状态：初速804米/秒，25%磨损 初速785/秒。14寸MKⅦ 原始状态：初速757米/秒，25%磨损 初速732/秒。16寸MKvⅡ原始状态：初速778米/秒，25%磨损 初速747/秒，（推算）
也就是说在常见穿深数据里，各国主炮及英国QE的15寸炮均使用新炮状态的数据，而KGV的14寸、狮的16寸均使用了推算的旧炮较低的初速。KGV的757新/732旧，狮的778新/747旧，如果采用相同标准，两种主炮初速将提高15~30米/秒，在战列舰级的主炮里，这种提高带来的穿深变化应该还是明显的(似乎英国经常将数据复杂化)。
